Purchaser's Guide
This guide has been designed to help you understand the manufacturing, delivery and installation process of your project and the limits of our responsibilities as contractors.

Color Matching
As woodwork ages, there is a graceful maturing process that occurs. The natural result may be a golden or reddish toning effect. Due to this aging process, it is impossible to duplicate this exact color or sheen. We work carefully to achieve a color and tone that will complement the existing woodwork.
Wood Finish Characteristics
Although great care will be taken, reasonable variation must be expected for a hand-craftedproduct. A combination of wood species, finishes, door style profiles, and physical elements will capture varyingamounts of highlight or glazing, affecting the appearance of the final project. Expect variation in the finishedproduct, especially between doors, box work and moldings.
